How It Works

Three steps. Zero cost to join.

Step 01

Apply

Tell us about you and your team network. We approve coaches, organizers, scouts, and travel-baseball content creators within two business days.

Step 02

Share your code

Each affiliate gets a personal referral code. Teams use it during EventConnect registration to unlock perks. We track every team that registers under your code.

Step 03

Get paid

Commissions paid quarterly. The more teams you refer in a season, the higher your per-team commission goes. No caps.

Commission Tiers

Refer more, earn more.

Commission per team scales with referral volume. Tier resets each season.

Tier 1

Bronze

1–10 teams referred. $200–$300 per team. Welcome kit and Pro Shop credit.

Tier 2

Silver

11–20 teams referred. $250–$400 per team. Plus comp laser tag and escape rooms.

Tier 3

Gold

21+ teams referred. $300–$500 per team. Plus comp round of Big Cedar golf for two.

Real example: Refer 14 teams in 2026 → reach Silver tier → average $325 per team → $4,550 in commissions for a single season. Many of our top affiliates clear five figures across multi-year relationships.
